Credit Report (optional)
A full credit report is needed for an accurate Pre-Approval. You have the option to complete this now or at your closing. If you pay it now, that Credit Report fee will be REMOVED from your final closing costs. If not, the Credit Report fee will be added to your Final Closing costs at closing.
Note: This is NOT any type of Origination or Application Fee. I never charge my clients for your application and Pre-Approval 👍
Step 3: Mortgage Application (required)
For an accurate pre-approval, make sure to complete the application to the best of your ability. Anything you are unsure of, you may skip and move throughout the rest of the application.
Please upload the following (at minimum) with your application:
- Driver's License & Social Security Card
- 30 days worth of paystubs (if self-employed, a year-to-date Profit & Loss Statement)
- 2 most recent years of W2’s (if self-employed, 2 most recent Tax Returns)
- Most recent Bank Statement from the account(s) you plan to use for the Cash to Close.
(Include ALL pages of the Bank Statement, screenshots are not allowable.)
